- Loan Amount: up to $5,000
- Low Fixed Interest (1-5%) up to 7 years
- Chelsea Provident Co-Operative Bank Loan
- HUD Title One Program
- Loan Amount: up to $25,000
- Low Fixed Interest Rate (prime) up to 15 years
