Welcome to the Receivership section of the CRC Website.

This page will provide information on court appointed Receivership Properties.  CRC will collaborate with the Office of Planning & Development of Chelsea and Inspectional Services Department, to bring potentially dangerous buildings up to code. 

The owner will have an opportunity to pay the debt amount to the Property Receiver, if the owner is not able to pay the debt the property will be sold with permission of the Court by the Property Receiver to an eligible first time Home buyer by an affordable lottery.
