Online First-Time Homebuyer Course
CRC Online Course! Smart Homeownership Starts Here! Buying a home is a big deal, whether you’re doing it for the first time or getting back into the ever-changing market. When you educate yourself for smart homeownership with Framework, you’ll navigate every step of the process with confidence. If you have signed a purchase & sales agreement or have a closing date, and you are unable to participate in one of our in-person First Time Homebuyers workshop, Chelsea Restoration is offering an online version of the First Time Homebuyer Workshop. This is an approved course by Masshousing and CHAPA. The class consists of 6 modules, each with its own quiz that must be passed with a score of 80% or above. Once finished you must call the office to set up exit interview over the phone (20-25 minutes).
The Framework course is $75 & an additional $25 for exit interview, a total of $100.00. Please note: This fee is nonrefundable.
This online training is for the purchase of a Single Family, Condo, or Townhouse. ONLY!!
