First Time Homebuyers Workshop

Chelsea Restoration Corporation provides homebuyer education, pre-purchase counseling, and down payment assistance programs (in English and Spanish), and our home restoration programs have rehabilitated several blighted properties. All of our programs promote local home ownership and help low-to-moderate income individuals and families achieve their dream of home ownership.
